As a professional trainer, I’ve designed and delivered over 20 different types of training courses within the corporate sector since I started in the Learning & Development industry.
I have provided brief overviews on the courses I currently deliver on the linked pages within the Current Courses section. These are shown under the broad headings of:
Management Training Courses
These encompass the skills required for Leadership and Management training, including the different levels of leadership skills, team building, selection and interviewing, disciplinary skills, performance management, dealing with conflict and managing attendance.
General Principles Courses
These deal with workplace skills, such as influencing others, solving problems and making decisions, as well as how to present, and how to improve skill sets to achieve promotion.
Customer Service Training Courses
These are designed to empower employees while adding layers of education and thought-provoking content to improve individual and team performance. The subjects available cover a broad spectrum, including disability and equality in the workplace, avoiding, defusing, resolving and learning from conflict situations, and delivering the best customer service to enhance the customer experience.

The companies I’ve worked for strongly believe in the value of supporting and developing their staff through training and coaching. Over the years I’ve seen staff develop their skills, improve their career opportunities and grow as people; learning how to communicate and work more effectively with colleagues and customers.
I am an Associate CIPD member, have Level 3 in Direct Learning and Support (that includes the A1 Assessor unit) and in 2017, I started working with The Coaching Academy as an Internal Assessor for their SFEDI Level 5 Diploma in Personal Performance Coaching. I strongly believe in enhancing my own skills, in order to improve the skills of the delegates I work with.
My approach has been, and continues to be, focused on delivering courses that achieve the needs and objectives of the companies I work for, their staff, and the customers they serve. All of this requires the ability to design, adapt and deliver courses that satisfy these key requirements.
